Complete the Connection Questionnaire by October 1st
MCC finds itself in a season of growth and transition. We're taking this fall to hit reset on many of the processes we've often taken for granted. This questionnaire will take about 10 minutes to complete. It includes questions about if and how you feel connected to your church community and explores new ways we might build better relationships throughout our community, making room for all who come to MCC seeking a place of love and belonging.
This is an individual questionnaire. Each adult in your household should fill it out on their own. There is space at the end of the questionnaire for you to add any questions, comments, or inspirations brought on while filling it out.
