The Pastor for Community and Faith Formation oversees a formative program for children and youth to grow in their faith through education, experience, and integration into the MCC community and extends a culture of formation and connection for church community members of all ages.

Middleton Community Church is an Open and Affirming congregation of the United Church of Christ situated on 9 acres of meadowland and surrounded by a developing neighborhood. A new elementary school across the street and planned daycare center next door provide ample opportunities for outreach. MCC is a vibrant and growing community of approximately 315 members committed to loving relationships and generous service in the community. The congregation is financially stable and this full time position is fully funded.
The Wisconsin Conference UCC is one of the best resourced conferences in the denomination. Field ACMs and active Communities of Practice are readily available for clergy and church support. The Damascus Project offers innovative continuing education opportunities for lay and clergy leaders. In partnership with UCCI, we steward three beautiful outdoor ministry sites.
Middleton is a suburb on the far west border of Madison, Wisconsin. Madison is a progressive, medium sized city with an abundance of natural resources including lakes, forests, and easy access to the Driftless Region. With a major university and state government buildings at the heart of downtown, Madison attracts world class entertainment with many benefits of a smaller, more accessible urban environment. It also hosts a growing market at the intersection of medical care and information technology.
